Banished to the Wasteland after the violent death of a young girl, Isaac sets out to find a replacement child and reinstate his family into the Tribe of Legion.
Wastelander Panda was the first series to be funded by an Australian screen agency with an online, direct-to-audience release model, and the first ever drama commission for the ABC's iview streaming platform.
It set a crowdfunding record for an Australian film project, and led to an invitation to speak at SXSW in Austin, Texas, about building an engaged fan community online.
