Stateless Screens on the ABC

Epic Films producer Kirsty Stark has spent the past year working as a co-producer on Matchbox Pictures’ 6 part drama series Stateless for the ABC.

Stateless tells the story of four strangers whose lives collide at an immigration detention centre: a woman escaping a cult, a refugee fleeing with his family, a father trapped in a dead-end job, and a bureaucrat on the verge of a national scandal.

The series recently held its world premiere at the 2020 Berlinale in Germany, and premieres tonight on the ABC from 8:30pm.

All episodes will then be available on ABC iview.
